Beyond providing data and timely news updates we also offer our customers access to our certified Meteorologists, ensuring our clients are always informed and prepared. We are especially dedicated to serving communities that lack access to dependable weather data from rural schools to local farmers so that everyone has the ability to prepare, adapt, and stay safe in the face of changing conditions.

Dark Weather started from an idea in 2016, becoming a proper institution in 2025 with the goal of revolutionizing how people access and rely on weather data. With the rise in misinformation and fear-based communication, too often the public is left with a lack of trust in actual institutions aiming to serve and provide important information. This and other developments has created a drive in our company to combat misinformation and restore public confidence, and save lives.

Headquartered in Plano, Texas, we focus on delivering accurate, real-time weather intelligence through our AI and Meteorologist powered application fueled by our network of weather data.
